Shipping is now FREE for all orders over $89. YAY!!!

Upon receipt of payment your order will be packed and posted either the same day, or at the latest the next working day.

Paypal and credit cards are processed almost immediately, while bank transfers can take 24-48 hours.

All items are sent out by registered post. Express post can be arranged for your order, you will need to select this at the checkout process. We also ship to selected International destinations.

Registered post

All standard items are sent out by registered post through Australia Post. Registered post can take anywhere from 1-7 working days within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive a tracking number confirmation.

In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are made within 1-3 working days. NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 2-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas will take 4-7 working days.

Please note these are only expected deliveries times and occasionally delays may occur.

For all orders under $89 you will only be charged a flat rate of $7.99.

Postage is free on all orders over $89 (sent by registered post).

All orders over $150 will be sent by Express Post.

Express post

If you wish to have your item express posted to you (under $150), please select this at the checkout. Please note express post can take anywhere from 1-3 working days, depending on your location. Express post only takes 1 day to 80% of Australia. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive a tracking number confirmation.

Items under 500 grams will post for $12.50
Items under 3kgs will post for $17.00
Items under 5kgs will post for $24.00
Items over 5 kgs will post for $30.00


We now ship to most countries worldwide. You can access a postage quote at checkout.

Please note, whilst most international deliveries arrive within 4 days, Australia Post do advise that International delivery usually takes 3-10 working days.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Returns and Refund Process

We want you to love every purchase from Run Stop Shop so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 365 days of purchasing. The product must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging.

All full prices items returned within 90 days can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.

For all full priced items returned to us between 90 and 365 days only a store credit or exchange can be made.

Sale items can be returned within 90 days for a credit voucher or exchange only.

If you would like to return an item please include a copy of your invoice in your return package.

We offer exchange or credit notes only on sale & promotional purchases. Credit notes have no expiry date. 

Exchanging a size or item? Not a problem, we will send it out to you for FREE plus give you a $10 credit to cover your postage return costs!

Once your package is received, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for any items lost in transit, so registered post is recommended!
